BrickGains is a digital subscription service operated by Mint Technology LLC. This policy explains our position on refunds.
BrickGains gives you immediate access to digital features as soon as your subscription starts. Because the service is delivered instantly and used on an ongoing basis, all payments are final and non-refundable, including the first payment and any automatic renewals.
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no refund. We recommend using the Free plan to make sure BrickGains fits your needs before you subscribe to a paid plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, in one click. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then it simply does not renew. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us and we will review it in good faith. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. Where such rights require it, we will honour them.
